David earned a Bachelor of Science in History from the United States Naval Academy and holds advanced degrees in Business Administration from Campbell University and National Security Strategic Studies from the National War College. Additionally, he completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School, graduating as valedictorian. His education and professional development reflect a commitment to excellence and a comprehensive understanding of operational leadership in both domestic and international contexts.
