Ibis Carmen Reynolds is a seasoned global executive with over 25 years of experience, excelling in strategic operations, organizational transformation, and talent management across complex industries such as manufacturing, energy, and high-tech sectors. As the Operations Officer for Global Defense, Inc., Ibis is at the forefront of leading the company’s efforts to bring its patent-pending Global Defense Asset Management (GDAM) technology to commercialization, advancing innovation in the global defense sector. In her role at GDI, Ibis oversees the integration of multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring effective collaboration between internal departments, subcontractors, and vendors to support the development and deployment of GDAM. She brings her deep expertise in operational risk management and global workforce leadership, having managed teams of 400 to over 10,000 employees in more than 100 countries. Her leadership in driving cultural change, fostering diversity and inclusion, and developing high-performance teams is a key asset to GDI's mission. Ibis is highly adept in executive coaching, labor negotiation, and compliance, ensuring that GDI adheres to regulatory standards while achieving project milestones. Crystal Pelletier is a technology and communications industry veteran with over 20 years of experience in leadership and technical management roles. In her current position as Lead for Software and Hardware Integration at Global Defense, Inc. (GDI), she leverages her extensive background to oversee the integration of complex systems that advance defense asset management. With deep expertise in the communications industry, Crystal has successfully managed global initiatives in high-pressure environments, consistently delivering results under tight budgets and challenging timelines. Her experience spans leadership in technology management, project execution, and systems integration, where she led diverse teams and oversaw key operations in critical environments. In addition to her leadership roles, Crystal has excelled in curriculum development and training, serving as an instructor and mentor in various programs. Her ability to manage both technical and personnel resources makes her a vital force in driving innovative solutions within GDI.

Having previously held a TS-SCI clearance, Crystal has worked in secure environments, managing sensitive information and operations. Her combination of over two decades of communications industry experience, strategic leadership, and technical expertise allows her to guide GDI’s efforts in delivering advanced solutions for the defense sector.

Nigel has 30+ years of Global Financial Services Technology experience; formulating and executing business critical strategy, driving innovation and delivering competitively defining change as CIO/CTO in leading Global Financial organizations. Those accomplishments have been at both buy and sell side firms including; T Rowe Price, Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse. His global experience has accrued through multi-year assignments in; London, New York, Hong Kong and Johannesburg. Nigel has a strong track record of leading innovative change for the most critical global businesses, and products, at the companies where he has worked. Nigel currently sits on the boards of DTCC, where he chairs the Technology and Cyber Committee, and Allspring Global Investments.

Craig Bogle is a highly experienced Corporate Loan Director and financial expert with over 27 years of experience in banking and finance, specializing in corporate financial structuring and strategic planning for projects ranging from $20 to $500 million. As the Commercialization and Financial Advisor for Global Defense, Inc. (GDI), Craig provides key financial oversight and commercialization guidance for the company’s initiatives, including the development and market entry of the patent-pending Global Defense Asset Management (GDAM) technology.

Craig's expertise lies in structuring financial solutions and aligning strategic growth initiatives, particularly within the Aerospace, Defense, and Government Services (ADG) sectors. At GDI, he plays a pivotal role in guiding the commercialization of the company’s defense technologies, ensuring successful financial planning and capital structuring to support long-term growth and innovation in the global defense market.

With a deep understanding of risk management and financial planning, Craig ensures that GDI is positioned for future success, supporting the company’s transition from development to commercialization. His extensive knowledge of the defense sector, combined with his financial acumen, makes him an invaluable asset to GDI’s leadership team.

In addition to his role at GDI, Craig is a Corporate Loan Director at JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., where he oversees financial structuring for ADG clients and middle-market companies across the U.S. Craig holds a BA with honors from Glasgow Caledonian University and became a U.S. citizen in 2012. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, soccer, and traveling with his family.

LtGen William "Mark" Faulkner (USMC, Ret.) is a highly accomplished military leader and defense expert with over 35 years of service in the United States Marine Corps. Throughout his distinguished career, he has held several high-profile positions, including Commanding General of the 3D Marine Logistics Group (MLG) and Major General on the Joint Staff J-4, where he led global logistics coordination for joint military operations across multiple combatant commands.

In his final role before retirement in 2015, LtGen Faulkner served as Deputy Commandant for Installations and Logistics (I&L) at Headquarters Marine Corps, overseeing all Marine Corps facilities, infrastructure, and logistics operations worldwide. His leadership in managing assets valued at over $100 billion and ensuring mission readiness globally is a testament to his operational expertise and strategic foresight.

Currently, LtGen Faulkner is the President of the Institute for Defense and Business (IDB), where he drives strategic initiatives focused on defense innovation and technology commercialization. He also serves as a board member at Global Defense, Inc. (GDI), where he provides strategic insight into the development of advanced defense technologies, including GDI’s proprietary Global Defense Asset Management (GDAM) system. His extensive background in military logistics and infrastructure, combined with his leadership in defense technology innovation, has been pivotal in guiding GDI’s strategic direction.

In addition to his role at GDI, LtGen Faulkner is a member of the Board for Innovation at East Carolina University (ECU), supporting initiatives that foster defense-related research and innovation.

LtGen Faulkner holds a Master of Science in Strategic Studies from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces, a Master of Business Administration from Chaminade University, and a Bachelor of Arts from East Carolina University.
